Salmon is a family favorite in our home and very filling!
Makes 4 salmon steaks
Ingredients
4 eight ounce salmon steaks/fillets
1/4 cup agave syrup
4 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
2 Tbs. spicy brown mustard
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
kosher salt
course black pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cover cookie sheet with foil. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl, wisk syrup, butter, mustard, vinegar and worchestershire sauce. Salt and pepper salmon fillets. Place on foil. Cover each fillet with mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or to desired doneness.
