These little bowls are easy to make and the kids love them! I put chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in mine, but you can fill them with just about anything.
Ingredients
Cookie batter of your choice – I cheat and get toll house packages of chocolate chip cookie batter at the grocery store
non-stick cooking spray
muffin pan
Method
Preheat oven as specified by cookie recipe (or package)
flip over a muffin tin and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place muffin pan on a larger cookie sheet to catch any “drip over.” Mold cookie dough around sprayed muffin pan “mountains”. A little bit goes a long way. Remember, cookies expand so a thin layer is best.
Bake according to package instructions (or recipe). Remove from oven and let cool before removing from muffin tin to hold their shape.
Sealing these in an airtight container, you can keep them on the counter for up to two weeks, filling with whatever your heart desires!
