These fall off the bone ribs are very moist, unlike dry rub ribs that tear from the bone. Both are delicious, but these are a fan favorite!
Makes: 1 rack ribs
1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays barbeque sauce
1 rack st. louis cut or baby back ribs
Unpackage and rinse ribs, removing any eyelets. Cut rack in half and fit into baking dish. Smother in full bottle of barbeque sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Put baking dish in cold oven and heat to 350 degrees, cooking 1 hour 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Preheat grill on high flame (600 degrees). Cook ribs, letting flames lick meat to slightly char, 5 minutes each side. Serve with remaining sauce from baking dish.
