Not all ribs are created equal! I prefer a dig your teeth in and tear rib, which dry rub ribs are!
Makes: 1 rack ribs
Ingredients
McCormmick’s Barbeque grill mates seasoning
1 rack st. louis cut or baby back ribs
foil
cookie sheet
gas or charcoal grill
sweet baby ray’s barbeque sauce
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unpackage and rinse ribs, removing any eyelet bones. Pat dry with paper towels. Lovingly cover front and back of ribs with seasoning. Place rack in center of foil and cover. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Preheat grill on high flame (600 degrees). Unwrap ribs and transfer to grill. Brush ribs with barbeque sauce letting flames lick the meat to lightly char on both sides, about 5 minutes each side. Transfer to cutting board and cut to size (I like to cut them into individual ribs). Serve with side of left over barbeque sauce.
