Very low in calories and very filling, especially on cool days!
Makes 4 servings
10.75 oz. can cream of asparagus soup
10.75 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. half n’ half
1 lb. crab meat, picked through for bones
1/4 c. white wine
In large dutch oven, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer about 5-10 minutes.
